Our firm is led by Peter Seymour who is an Accredited Specialist with the Queensland Law Society. Peter is well recognised within the industry and in order to obtain his Accreditation Peter is required to undertake additional assessment to ensure he is kept up to date with respect to the ever-changing landscape of claims in Queensland.
Peter has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland, a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology, and, a Master of Laws from Queensland University of Technology.
Peter has been practicing in Queensland for over 25 years.
The firm was established when Peter purchased the compensation division of Stockley Furlong Lawyers from John Furlong. Peter and John completed their training as Articles of Clerkship with the firm Stockley & Co.

DirectorPeter has over 30 years of experience in representing plaintiffs, individuals in relation to personal injury claims. His specialisation lies in handling cases related to motor vehicle accidents, work accidents, public liability claims, and medical negligence. Peter's exceptional skills and knowledge in the field of personal injury law have led him to be an accredited Personal Injury Specialist with the Queensland Law Society. Peter is also a state committee member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance, a national body protecting the rights of individuals.

Kylie
Kylie has been in the legal industry for over 20 years and has a wealth of knowledge under her belt. Kylie truly loves what she does and values the opportunity to help people through difficult times of their lives. Kylie is also a Qualified Justice of the Peace. Outside of the office, Kylie keeps herself busy spending time with family and friends. Kylie also enjoys running, yoga and watching AFL.
